Yeah BDO has been on a downward slide for ages. I was never blown away by it to be honest.

the first 2 i went to (last year and the year before) had killer lineups and weren't so hot.

the heat this year was too much and it was a pretty bad lineup (imo) and i didn't meet user horseman

i agree that this year was kinda bad...it went downhill after i missed lupe while i was waiting outside to find a mate who had already ****in walked in, so i went and saw pendulum which were cool but way to ridiculously hot. then i had to basically see all the boiler room bands because i wouldnt have found my mates again so i didnt get to see my morning jacket. but the prodigy were really good

Soundwave is looking really good for me. Great timetable. I get to see just about everything I wanted to. And where I originally had a gap in my timetable, I checked out some of the bands in that slot and found Straylight Run, who sound exceedingly good for a band tagged "emo".
