I listened to Gorillaz - Gorillaz for the first time in years, and I have found a new love for it.
I also got The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars by David Bowie and Summer in Abaddon by Pinback. So that's my diggage for the weekend. |
I've been listening to alot of post rock, virtually non stop this weekend.
Particularly 'Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas To Heaven' by GY!BE and Do Make Say Think's 'Goodbye Enemy Airship, The Landlord Is Dead'. I also downloaded 3 or 4 Mogwai albums, haven't heard all of them in their entirety but what I've heard is very good. |
Bloc Party. I've been listening to a a copy of Silent Alarm since before it came out, and been loving it ever since. I mention it now 'cause I saw them on Friday. 'twas amazing.

my cousin came back from new zealand and we did some cd trading, got me a number of nice nice albums including a album by The Birthday Party, which i was having trouble getting a hold of. His dark goth rock background leading to his gospel rock of present is an awsome transformation, its all good
