have you see Anthem, the Harvey Milk dvd? I have watched a little bit. It is good. they are surprisingly skinny. I expected them to be middle-aged and fat
ydload why hate I hate the Kids
cause its slow and plodding and not representative of what Hot Snakes was capable of.

i dunno i havent listened to it in a while, for obvious reasons. maybe its not that bad.
the coast explodes baby

Battles - B EP and EP C
Ash Ra Tempel - Ash Ra Tempel

forgot about ART for a while, it's pretty savage

br3ad_man 02-15-2008 08:02 PM

Listening to a bunch of Acid Mothers Temple live stuff. So good.

YDload 02-15-2008 08:23 PM

Sharks Keep Moving - Desert Strings and Drifters

just as good as the S/T. i just love this music, so yearning, a lil depressing, a little nocturnal, very reflective, twinkly... but mostly the yearning. i look for that in music.

A Dead Modernist 02-15-2008 10:12 PM

Joanna Newsom - Walnut Whales & Yarn And Glue eps

They're basically Milk-Eyed Mender with worse production and less defined voice and shitter in general. still cool none the less.

(edit: lol @ Peach, Plum, Pear)

Dies Irae 02-15-2008 10:16 PM

Dead C - Future Artists

I see this as a wasted opportunity. I sit here listening to stupid noises. It causes a void in my own space/time continuum. or I am engulfed in a warm sea of boredom and depression. I can't remember which. my memories have collapsed in upon themselves and faded into a distant orange blur. Last time I listened to this I was too stoned to sit up. I like magicians. I remember this. The rest is good but ultimately pointless. I remember this too. I think I do, at the very least

Dillinger Escape Plan - Calculating Infinity

Jeffers 02-16-2008 10:35 AM

I have been listening to a lot of The Moldy Peaches Lately. I had been listening to Adam Green's Solo stuff, and then I went and saw Juno and was like "Hey, It's the Moldy Peaches" So I dug them out and I have been listening to almost nothing else in the past week.
