Oh...because I post to tell them it's illegal, then copy the thread, because I forget to do it before hand, so since I don't want to link to my post, I just do the printable one since then you know which thread it is.

I solved the puzzle.

I know you guys don't want any more stickies....but a couple months ago I made a thread that people can use to get help figuring out a song they heard, whether they need to know the name of the song, or the band/artist etc etc.

We've had about five threads made per day in the last little while asking for song names or artists and it's getting out of hand. I'm just wondering if it would be worth it to sticky that thread, it might cut down on spammy threads.

We could probably take down Dancing Mans original "featured genre" thread, we already that a Featured Genre stickied, I don't think the original one is necessary.

Oh ok.

Well now that the search feature is working, we could probably direct everyone to that thread...instead of having a whole bunch of them floating around.

I remember the problem with it being that alot of the requests were ignored because not everyone went into it.
People would still make the threads anyway, before being directed to the official one so it doesn't really solve anything.

So...I was thinking...it might be cool for community building to have a R&Mer of the month like many other forums have...does anyone agree? I'd be willing to run it. I was thinking of following punk's example and doing a n00b of the month and a user of the month (exclusive so there were two winners) to reward them for good posting and the like. Just wondering if there's an interest, I can handle logistics.
