How does tornpictures eat a Reeses' Peanut Butter Cup?

*complains that its a hardcore cup and not an emo cup*

*bitches at the cup about being in the scene 10x longer than it*

*eats while listening to super rare 7" of some obscure San Diego emo band*
Q: How many scene kids does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Four. One to change the light bulb and the other three to bitch about how the old one was better.

There is no happy here.

No.
I wish both Equal Vision and Victory would have stayed more in the hardcore scene. Especially Equal Vision.
At the Alexisonfire show the other night Equal Vision was there. I got like 15 free stickers. 6 free cds and tapes. A free t-shirt. And 6 free posters, among other things. I love that label.

tornpictures 11-14-2004 02:45 PM

That's pretty awesome.

Only.. all Equal Vision bands suck.

How long was Rise Against's set?

PlasticGangster 11-14-2004 03:05 PM

Rise Against's set was about 30-45 minutes long. They played "Black Masks & Gasoline" last and the singer went into the crowd and stuff. Then when Bad Religion played he went on stage and started signing with them.

obese_breasts 11-14-2004 03:10 PM

Did From First to Last play?

A-Life-Less-Plagued 11-14-2004 03:12 PM

Good Clean Fun and Floorpunch had releases on Equal Vision.

And Converge, The Hope Conspriacy, Earth Crisis, Trial, Ten Yard Fight, Sick Of It All, Refused...I don't see why that label sucks...

NewKindofArmy03 11-14-2004 03:12 PM

Equal Vision put a lot of good stuff out.

floorpunch
converge
good clean fun
the hope conspiracy
ten yard fight
sick of it all
trial

now they still have a few good bands, like Bane and Bars.

PlasticGangster 11-14-2004 03:13 PM

Yeah. They were okay, they had lots of energy. These fat guys were picking a fight them as well

They still have the Hope Conspriacy too.

NewKindofArmy03 11-14-2004 03:18 PM

Yeah, I don't know why I put them like that. Is all of their stuff like the song "Escapist"? That's the only song I heard from them and I like it a lot.

Listen to their other stuff, that is not their best. Check out 'Defiant Hearts'.

You should shut the f'uck up.

There was absolutely no reason for the sarcasm. Or the post that didn't make any sense.

I got it for free from Radiotakeover a few weeks ago. I had never heard the band before, but I can safely say now that they suck ***. I'm giving the dvd to a friend who saw them at hellfest this year. After watching a few of their songs from the hellfest set I questioned how anyone could enjoy this band.

What's your name on soulseek?

Let's Chop Cats! 11-14-2004 06:10 PM

Me and my friend were going to split their old one last night, but I got the Casey Jones split instead. When does the new DVD come out? I want to to see if I'm in it.

OI! to the World! 11-14-2004 06:13 PM
Barbed wire bats, broken tables, mexican wrestling masks, pig heads, ladders, bloody butcher aprons, fireworks, alcohol and punishing music ... what a hardcore show's supposed to be like. Bad Luck 13 Riot Extravaganza's "The Complete Collection" is the definitive collector's item of one of underground music's most terrifying bands. Everything that could be fit onto a DVD is on here...the notorious last show from Hellfest 2004, the entire "Let the Riot Begin" feature (out of print), original trailers for the band's tattoo shop and upcoming full length feature film, exclusive interviews, 4 full sets from some of their bloodiest shows, a photo gallery, band commentary and much more. Directed by Joe Frantz (Viva La Bam, CKY), this DVD not only shows the band's live shows but also gets inside their heads and gives a glimpse into their reality. This is guaranteed to keep the kids talking for years to come.
