Curious what the opinion on Woods of Ypres latest album is (whether or not they are considered tr00 & frostbitten).

that WarCommand guy was worse than most of elevenqueens gimmicks. also Hellhammer sounds like absolute **** in that video, most annoying drum sound ever.

There wasn't really anything good about that video. Maniac reminded me of Joker in Batman with his clown corpse-paint.

Yeah, I'm assuming it is, but for 8 bucks I don't really care. I was reading the feedback from people who have bought from him, and there were two complaints of "he sold me a fake Moonblood split" :lol:

I remember reading something about a guy assaulting a mailman over a damaged Moonblood LP.

Moonblood is alright, nothing too memorable, awesome vocals though.

It's definitely bad, but not the worst production I've heard and I can't really imagine that album any different way.

I think it fits the album perfectly, and is nowhere near as bad as some black metal.

yeah Hvis has a very fitting production. People need to understand that good production is production that fits the music...

some BM imo sounds great with lousy production and some bands like drudkh make albums with awesome production and great bass quality without compromising tr00ness, my two cents

Yeah Drudkh always has great production, they aren't really "tr00" per say, maybe except for Forgotten Legends.

And my least favorite Drudkh metal album is Anti-Urban, probably followed by The Swan Road. Forgotten Legends is pretty sweet but nothing touches Autumn Aurora.

People have told me they hate it before and a couple of the MA reviews are titled with something like "Under produced and Overrated" and such.

I have to agree with you on autumn aurora, that is one perfect album from begining to ending, sunwheel is kinda weak at the begining for me but only the begining the rest is art. But on anti-urban I really disagree i think is a great album a bit different but good they really do some different stuff out of what must people expected, but I think that's what makes drudkh well drudkh. oh and SR meh I listen to it seldomly maybe I would change my opinion and say that forgotten legends is still better, liking the cover though
