basicaly you use a diffrent finger per string, and its more chordal than linear.

I think that video's awful. It's not cool to make fun of someone because they're mentally retarded. They were born that they and they can't help it. I could go off on a rant about why you (in general) shouldn't make fun of mentally retarded people, but I'll refrain.
