No it really doesn't. I went to one in the US with Bartender (yeah, he was in Tampa at the time) and the only things that are Australian are the decor and the names. Even the Bloomin' Onion is not an Aussie thing (though it is in the shape of a Waratah which is pretty cool). The most annoying thing though is the "Queensland" salad which contains no pineapple or beetroot or mango, the three foods that Queensland produces lots of (well, that and sugar cane and rum derived from sugar cane).

And it's spelt Barbie, non-elite.

regardless of it being associated with Australia, it's pretty good. Their bread is amazing.
