I used to when I was in Kentucky. When I moved back here, my parents set a "bed time". It's like "come on, I'm seventeen"...

So I meet this girl through a friend, and we start talking a little bit online. Everything seems good, she plays guitar, likes pretty good music, etc. I thought she was hot after seeing her pics.

So last night we decide to finally meet up, so after her parents go to sleep I sneak out the back door. I was driving down the road, all excited thinking it's going to be a great night.

I get to her street around 1am, and she tells me to drive up and down the street and she will come out and jump in the car. So I see her walking towards me, and she jumps in the car. I look over at her and I was like "AH WTF". She looked nothing like her picture. I found out later that her pic was 3 years old. So now I just drove all this way, to be with this girl that I had really no interest in except physical. I couldn't just leave, so we hang out for a little bit. At one point she tried to get me to make out with her, but her breath was RANK. I was like, I gotta go I'm paranoid about my dad waking up.
Got home at 3am.

In other words, I got pwned by the internet.

What was the basic problem? Was she like really fat or something? (Not that fat on girls automatically equals unattractiveness...I've seen plenty of girls that have fat but are way prettier than some of the other skinny girls...I don't want to be responsible for creating anorexia...)

I really don't see why people go for looks to begin with. I mean, at least ATM wanted to meet her based on interests first and not on physical capacity, it was supposedly supposed to be a trade-off, but unfortunately she was not.

Heh, pure coincidence, I suppose. It started when I was just checking her out on the tram. But she noticed me staring, but I happened to be in quite an Euphoric mood (had just bought some cool CD's, plus it was evening, and I was just feeling funky.) So I kept glancing at her once in a while. Then for a few months, we just did that, stare at each other, in school (she was a few years lower) and on the tram.
Then I performed in school show (with the band), playing some cool songs on guitar and one on bass. Then the day after that she added me on MSN (she had been stalking me for my e-mail, apparently). Thereupon she invited me for a drink, and I don't know, I'm usually a really shy person, but something just snapped in me, I was just a real playa. And yeah, then it all started. :) /story :smoke:
