the actual city is starting to clean up now that kwuame isnt the mayor anymore, but its also because all the ******s are buying foreclosed houses out in the south and west suburbs, so the white people are moving back downtown and up to the north suburbs

i would say yes but i dont think Detroit will make a comeback until the new film industry is settled in (they like using detroit in all sorts of movies that need abandoned buildings). i mean my cousin just bought a gorgeous house in a great suburb (Royal Oak, walking distance to down town) for $46,000 USD, its already worth $110,000. only downer is its behind some rail tracks. theres also a big hi tech industry sprouting up here and there is a big corporate thing here too now that the car industry is pickin back up
