That's one of the reasons I like mexican food. They use a lot of cheese on stuff. Place a couple of miles from me that makes the best bean and cheese burrito ever. I usually don't like b&c burritos and would never think to have one. But this place, I don't know what they do to them? Lard, most likely.

But yeah, one of those and some nachos covered in real cheese or a taco stuffed with it and I'm set.
