I've never been able to do press ups, can do sit ups all day, but the second i have use my arms i start to have a coronary.

I can't do sit-ups at all.

I'm really good at long distance running though. I can keep up with all the kids who are good at every sport.

My arms used to be really weak. But once I started playing bass they sort of beefed up a bit and now because I have to lift boxes of crap all the time they've gotten a bit bigger - nothing manly! :p just a nice muscle outline.

tomorrow I go to warwick to see if i'd be prepared to study there.

I play bass and it's done nothing for my arms, well that's a bit of a lie, i play hysteria by muse over and over until someone hits me round the back of the head and tells me to stop.
