I could have (probably should have) asked Tim when I saw him but he was already getting so bombarded with "When's the new album coming out!?" and "Are you guys working on a new album" etc. type questions, I didn't want to harass the poor guy.

And sweet blog Cocaine on "A Plateful..." I just dug the lyrics. (Did not know we even had blogs!)

On a side note, but still pertaining to the topic, if anyone is interested, I was able to video tape PTH performing "Bone Marrow" - but I warn you, the quality isn't the best as I had to lower my settings on my camera so I could allow more songs on my memory card. And I'm sure there's a few other things, but other than that, enjoy! (That is if you haven't seen a recording of it before)

PtH and BTBAM have toured twice together in my memory; years ago like your talking about coke. Then this or that happened in 2004-2005, i recall u were talking about how it would never happen again years ago. Probably in this same thread. But the bands toured together again just lately the summer of '09 with killswitch. So something must have changed.

Headlining Tour in western canada Protest The Hero seems to be gaining some new fans. Granted it seems its a quick revolving door, signs of fans around the same age of the band members are getting slimmer as time goes. Name your reason whatever but its the teens making up the brunt of the populace of the shows. Somewhere west of ontario the sheer number of fans attending these shows drops off dramatically, i assumed years ago it would just take some time and citys in the west would be on par. It hasn't seemed to be getting their over time. Just saying.

Believe it or not the same thing is happening with architects atm

I was at a show last January and me and my mates, bar a few others were the oldest there.

When I saw the URL I got nervous. I thought they were describing the new album as "dark." That's usually a bad sign.

Watched Rody do a video chat with fans tonight on some website - he mentioned that the new material is definitely "more prog".
