I remember when me and him were crashed out in his livingroom with nothing but an old randall guitar amp, a geddy lee jazz and epiphone t-bird and we sat infront of vh1 figuring out the top 20 countdown on vh1.

"All These Things that I have Done" came on and I just started alternating F# and B and he said "Surely theres more to it?" and I replied "Nah, I dont think so"

On another note, Silver Rain is DAMN great album.

Their first was suprisingly good, and on their new album all the songs sound the same.

I want to spend about $600 dollars, I can either get something with amazing tone and like 2w of power and try to play over a drumset, vocals, and two other guitars, or I can get a 60w tube amp that would actually be loud enough but sound like bollocks.

I dont need like crazy wattage, because they are tube amps, but I cant see 5w over an acoustic drumset =/

One of the orange Rockverb combos sounds good for you, 30 or 50w.

Which seems alot as it is tube, but they have an ace tone and are built well.
Plus you can't argue at the looks.

Whats the price tag like?

I could get a 100w solid state guitar amp easy, but solid state sounds like crap.

Even my bass amp is hybrid tube, I hate solid state.
