It's probably my favourite too, but I've only got two of their albums. [I]Ocean Songs[/I] has some nicer melodies but lacks the variety of [I]Cinder[/I].

I saw Sonic Youth for free in New Yawk. It was at an emptied public pool, and we got people to hand us ticket stubs through the fence around the pool. I can't believe it worked. One of the best days ever, seriously.

the night before was better for me cuz it was the first time I'd seen them, but both were just outofthisworld. I've never felt as happy and sad at the same time, as I did on the train home from that gig.
