Nah it wouldnt work. It is still basically stoping the power getting the power tubes cooking (because its in the loop and not after amplification). It may give you better pre-amp saturation, but I doubt it will sound that different. Just save for a power attenator (sp?wtf?idk).

i dont think they are worth the money. They are alright i suppose. I dont think its worth anything close to what that individual was asking.

The recording aspet of the PODxt is far superior to the GNX, that and the tones are just loads better.

considering you've hardly compared the two like i have, i would have to disagree. I literally gave mine to a pod Xt live owner, and totally swears by the GNX4 now.
