good, bad? i really like this band. their debut album is solid. at times they try to be too technical but it's not as bad as some other bands

remember listening to them the other day and it was basically wank

but not. they actually utilize their bassist pretty well

yeah the first song is probably the most wanky song they have. its a bad example of their overall sound. the rest of the album is like the second song, but even better

Hey guys, its been a while. I've read the past few pages to try and catch up, but its definitely changed in here a bit. Anyway, what are some good modern bands you guy agree on liking these days? I'm caught up on old-school; its pretty much all I listen to. Anything worth listening to these days?

Dead Congregation are a good newish DM band to check out.

Evil Incarnate are good, too.
