Tomorrow they are coming to look at my apartments because the owner is selling and I am sad. :(
On a lighter note I really like the new Flogging Molly thing. But not as much as the new Who thing. That is all.... |

I don't know. Some strangers who want to see about buying this place. It's a charming old building, but needs some work here and there. Investment property, I would say. The landlord is asking too much, so I hope he holds his ground. I don't want to move. I have the perfect place in the perfect location for only $500 a month.

no thats a sad face

Most horror movies are just cheap thrills, and suck when you look back on them

Old horror movies are tons better than newer ones. |
Cabin Fever ruled. The Hills Have Eyes is fucking awesome. Both Saws ruled.
|
I like horror movies.
Rent The People Under The Stairs. Wrong Turn, also... |
Yes, but thats only 4 movies. And the second Saw so did not rule, it was just a big hispanic dude chasing the characters around with a knife.
CHELS: Thats because as time went on, directors went more for shock value than good scripts. |
Rent The People Under The Stairs. Wrong Turn, also...
I've seen People Under the Stairs. Its a really odd movie. |
People Under The Stairs was a radddd movie. Its been a long time since ive seen it.
|
Yes, odd. I thought feakishly scary, too. The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre is worth a look. The Exorcist, Event Horizon, and for horror/suspense The Shining. The original Kubrick directed one. From Dusk To Dawn for outlaw/vampire horror is good, too.
|
Wrong Turn was pretty bad. It was so generic. They get lost in the woods and get chased by like the freaks that live in the woods.
Saw II was nothing compared to the first one, but still ruled. |
Yeah. I liked it, though. Thought it was well done. And Cabin Fever, too. Where people came down with a sickening deadly illness. Yuck...
Oh, and 28 Days, of course... |
From Dusk Til Dawn was good just because of how completely absurd the idea of the movie is. Plus, Tarantino was in it.
I heard that Stephen King disowned the film version of The Shining because it didnt really match up with the book at all. |
