Ohh, cooking horror.
Frying frozen fish isabout the worst thing you can do!
It destroys all the uh, how's it called in english.
Well anyways, it's bad and affects the taste and structure of the fish.

If you take a frozen piece of fish/meat out of the freezer boil some water, pour it in a coffee mug, put the meat/fish on a small plate and place it over the boiling hot mug.
It defreezes fast and the meat/fish stays ok.
After that, put it in the pan.

I they are similar to Estardasphere, but idk what you would call them. You'd probably like them.

This drone band from Italy called Ovo opened up. They're playing at the radio station my girlfriend DJs at. I think we're going to go check them out.

I missed both of those bands when they came to Mobile. :( Hopefully they'll come back.

What part of the city is that?

Just east of Queen and Bathurst, downtown Toronto. Not far from the Big Bop/Kathedral/Reverb. Suspect is the store I was talking about that burned down.

That strip was just named a historical strip as well.
