Vista is a very good OS at it's current state and people who say otherwise don't know much about computers.
Meh, it's ok. XP isn't that good either though.
I don't know much about computers but it kinda sucks for just playing music and looking at animal photographs compared to XP.
It's basically the same thing, just more hardware usage, and a crappy security feature. |
I don't know much about computers but it kinda sucks for just playing music and looking at porn compared to XP.
what does?
I don't know much about computers but it kinda sucks for just playing music and looking at porn compared to XP.
why? |
It's pretty slow because it tries to make everything pretty and I've probably had more crashes.
I know you can turn off the pretty stuff, but I'm not a fukan computer programmer. |
that's not really true unless your PC is already really clogged with stuff. 2 gigs+ will have tons of **** running flawlessly
|
Hello guys. I have not been here in ages.
|
xp is still better so who cares
|

I know you can turn off the pretty stuff, but I'm not a fukan computer programmer.
You don't need to be a computer programmer to turn off the pretty interface. Right click desktop > personalize > change theme to windows standard. That was hard. |
Hello guys. I have not been here in ages.
That was hard.
I was kidding. It's just annoying having to turn off all the bells and whistles to have everything run smoothly. I have a 1 GB laptop, it's not terrible. |
wanna fight?
Hell yes.
Whats happenin Moses?
Not much. Thought I'd pop in here for a bit. |
1 GB isn't really enough for Vista so that makes sense then
edit: *flying dongbar ding ding ding* |
By the way, everyone check out my music and tell me what you think.

good to have you dude, its been kinda slow tonight. |
1 GB isn't really enough for Vista so that makes sense then
edit: *flying dongbar ding ding ding*
They probably mass implemented it a year too early then. Shouldn't have put it in every computer if they can't properly run it. |

This is nothing, there was a point where nobody would post for like 2 or three hours. As for Vista... I have 2 gigs so everything runs pretty fast and I like it better than XP. However, there are a couple compatibility issues every once in a while. |
This seems to be a fairly brisk night compared to some the past couple of months.
|
what is it like 80 degrees in florida right now
|
its nice and cool here in Maryland. Great driving with the windows down and metal blaring weather.
|
Watch my music video also.

I have no speakers, but the video looks cool!

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145157 RAM is practically free anymore and 2 gigs was just about the standard then (and is now for home computers). |
We have like 4 gigs on my desktop.

RAM is practically free anymore and 2 gigs was just about the standard then (and is now for home computers).
So you're basically agreeing with me. And 1 GB was the standard for laptops last summer, I tried for one with 2 GB but they were way more expensive then. |
Yeah I agree with you but it's a stupid reason to be against Vista.
|
idk not really. If I spend 700 dollars on a new computer, I shouldn't have to turn a good number of things off or spend more money to upgrade my computer just to get it to work properly.
I'm not really that against it except all of the security stuff it did initially. |
that's not really true unless your PC is already really clogged with stuff. 2 gigs+ will have tons of **** running flawlessly
I have 4 gigs and mine doesn't run all that great. |
Same with mine.
