so i had 2 hours of terrible sleep. i wouldn't even call it sleep, since i woke up every 10 minutes due to a terrible upset stomach. then i went to my first block class, which i instantly regretted. though our student teacher is a total cutie.

so we were at my friend's house during our second block spare, and i called my mechanics teacher and told him i was going home due to no sleep last night along with headaches and upset stomach. my friend says he'll drive me home later, so i hang around a while. then guess what happens? his car battery is dead, and he doesn't know the mechanics teacher. so i have to walk into his class, 45 minutes after i just called in sick, to see if we can boost his car. then my other friend decided he wasn't going since i wasn't, so now he's definately not going to believe my actual excuse for not being there.

now i'm burning cd's for a friend of mine. she wanted me to burn her some acoustic stuff, so i figured some neutral milk hotel and the decemberists will fit that description very nicely.

DBJ please close that Missing Cymbals thread I started in Beginner. It was a total mistake to come on here for advice for that.

yay. after weeks and weeks, i was about to order a cd tomorrow morning and get my mom to pick it up as soon as possible. i had been trying to download it for weeks, and the only person i could download it from was never online. so i looked in my "shared" folder a little while ago, and all the songs are there. yay. i'm so happy.

by the way, the band is tera melos. wonderful band. check them out on purevolume.

i'm actually ecstatic right now. :lol: this made me feel alot better.

I love Craigslist. I found someone willing to sell 14'' New Beats, 20'' A Custom Medium Ride, 18'' thin and medium crashes. Due to cash problems, I can't get the crashes, but he's willing to go 40 for the ride and 75 for the new beats.

Dang that's a sick deal if they are in good condition.

wow, the new RHCP song (music and lyrics) kind of sucks

so does the new pearl jam song. i was real disappointed with it. i'm a fan of all the old PJ songs, not from a drumming p.o.v., just as music to listen to, but it was crap.
