Yea, I had to order Buzz or Howl Under the Influence of Heat off line. I'll send it to you, or post it on here some time; its much more Punk and rough. |
That would be awesome if you could upload some Robert Randolph. I saw him and OAR in the city last fall and he was insane.
|
I would also greatly appreciate any Randolph.
Schyma, do you like the Neil Young? |

sounds good |
I believe that at one point we were talking about which is the greatest Classic Rock album, and I said it was the Beatles' Revolver. Well, check out this list. It might not be a Classic Rock list, but it makes me feel as though I'm no longer alone.
-Edit: Check out, Harrison's All Things Must Pass is at 48, making it the highest ranking solo Beatle album. John Lennon's Imagine is second at 71. Someone else agrees with me that All Things Must Pass is the best solo Beatle album. |
Yeah, I've seen Revolver ranked number one on a few Greatest Album lists. I think Abbey Road (even just the second side) is better than Revolver in terms of Beatles alone, but to each his own.

For me, the best Beatle's album is Abbey Road. My favourite is The White Album, but their most important one is Revolver, and not Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. |
^^^I concur. Abbey Road is better then Revolver and Sgt. Pepper's (which always seem to top lists).
Schyma, here is the other track, very sorry it took so long.
TRACK 6 RUNNING DRY (REQUIEM FOR THE ROCKETS) http://s48.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0TV1A9UIRRSZU2JBUG9B2076WH I didn't upload Cowgirl sonce I guess you all ready have it so enjoy.
I LOVE this album it was absoultly worth the wait. Thanks DMV. :)
Maybe I will. However, did you download the last one. Because I uploaded Itune tracks, and if you cannot play those then I will not do that for the RR ones.
No, couldn't download it. Are they going to be mp3's then? |
Now they will be. Yousendit isn't working right now though.
|
The White Album is my favorite Beatles album, while I feel that Rubber Soul is there most important one.
|
I re-discovered Revolver today. I would sacrifice myself for this album.
|
I listen to Abbey Road most
|
I listen to Abbey Road most
I was a bigger Abbey Road fan, but I killed it by listening to it too much. But I haven't listened to Revolver lately, so I pulled it out. |
I asked this a couple days ago but nobody noticed. Can anyone send me the Cream Reunion performance that was posted a few days ago?
I can't download it. |

There's the link to the show. |
Any recommendations? Standout songs from the show?
|
jpj, that song is awesome! I'm listening ot it right now. The part when they just begin to jam sort of reminded me of one part in THe Devil Went Down To Georgia.
|
http://unixguru.spymac.com/
There's the link to the show.
Yeah i still can't download it, when I click download, nothing happens. And thanks for that Robert Randolph song, listening to it right now, it's awesome. |
Any recommendations? Standout songs from the show?
I've only listened to 2 songs, so I don't know. I'll try uploading more Robert Randolph again. EDIT: Robert Randolph & the Family Band-Shake Your Hips |
sweet. I need to by Live At the Wetlands or Unclassified.
|

from the reunion show? toad is excellent. ginger baker still has the skills. NSU and rollin' and tumblin' are great too. |
I wasn't as impressed with the reunion as I thought I'd be. It was still good, but a lot of the songs seemed slowed down a lot. I prefer the quicker stuff.
And I almost got Live at the Wetlands today, but instead I got Abbey Road, The White Album, and Paranoid. I want to hear Wetlands first, even though Robert Randolph rules and I already know it will be good. |
You hadn't gotten those yet?
Odd. |
