Hehe...yes, roskilde was expensive to, but I didn't go there just for metallica. A lot of other great bands were there to.

My father works in a airline company so he fixes tickets for flights ANYWHERE!! And there will never be a good concert where I live. NEVER!! Nowhere near either. Anyway, have you ever been to a metallica show??

i was kinda let down about the set being short but it was still chock full of classics

to abbath: yes this years download, and i suppose it was a bit of a let down but i dont think anyone will se dave play battery with metallica live again

I think slayer were actually better, but metallica still rocked it. James is pretty funny

Its wierd, metallica always seem to get shows where something bad happens to the band members. For instance when james got torched by pyrotechnics and the other time he broke his arm while skateboarding.

:angry: i had to miss most of slayer!!!! to get a spot for metallica that really pissed me off if slayer had been on time everything would have been alright

me too! Well i walked out during south of heaven thinking metallica would be on any minute, an hour later there were still no signs :upset:

i'm fairly sure you can buy vids from pretty much all the concerts these days

Livemetallica.com only does mp3's and FLAC. I don't think it does video unfortunately

Slayer & Slipknot the 2 bands i missed most oof their sets so that worked out alright

the first night of london is sold-out i think, which is on saturday. So i can go on sunday and be completely trashed for school next day, but hell this is slayer.

london is closest, i dont think any others would be an option as their too far

I'm probably going to the manchester one but i'll be at uni then so I won't know whats going on so i won't be able to book any tickets yet. Hopefully they'll have some left close to the date.
