Spain started kicking out Muslims unless they converted. Some generations later, still practicing their religion hiddenly, in order to keep the tradition they started writing in spanish but with the arabic alphabet (most couldn't even speak it, but to hold some customs they learned the alphabet and wrote with it). The thing to realize is that it can't be physically re-constructed. That's why math is such a hard subject for students to grasp starting at algebra - there exist undefined quantities, and that is a tough concept to grasp.

Yes, I just love numbers. It started with finding other sources referenced in bibliographies in text books and also with, weird as it is, the band Tool and Danny Carey's love for sacred geometry. Math seems so small, but the more doors you open and the more you look into concepts, you realize how little you really know and how vast the subject really is.

You will never be able to kill curiosity - I've tried. But don't give up.
