DOLEMITE 10-02-2005 11:35 PM

i really like old blink 182

Independent_CA 10-03-2005 12:14 AM

Most punks these days are non-oppressed/scene-kid/posers who are mainly full of crap.

Oh and blink-182 is my favorite band.
I divorced Sam not the other way around.
Hah. That's not what these papers say...

And Meg was smarter/ better informed than 99% of this forum.

AndreTheHyena 10-03-2005 02:41 AM

Meg rules. Most kids around here are just jealous that she's so much punker than they are.

I agree about Leftover Crack sucking balls.

And now some real, dramatic confessions:

One of my biggest fears is becoming "dependent" (read: addicted) to a drug or alcohol, because I've came close too many times.

My first love called me last night bawling because she thinks she's pregnant, and I talked to her about how safe and cheap abortion can be early in the pregnancy, and it's ruined my week.

Brand New rules.

Too true. And that sucks about your week.

AndreTheHyena 10-03-2005 03:04 AM

Thanks for the compassion. The trials of being a young adult suck, particularly when (and not to toot my own horn here) you're looked up to and depended on by all of those closest to you. My words sure ain't infallible, and I hate telling anyone how to run their life when I sure as hell ain't running my own very well.

Sounds like you're writting a song about it... Which is what you should do, great way to release inner turmiol.

AndreTheHyena 10-03-2005 03:13 AM

Well, I do fancy myself a songwriter, maybe I'll pick up the guitar before I go to bed.

Biscuit_box 10-03-2005 04:02 AM

Andre, I know how it feels to be the "Agony Uncle" for everyone you know!
Only thing is that I have been through alot and everyone knows that I would usually have an answer for everything. Even my friend was asking me about his friend being bulemic and I gave him advice

I love Rancid. I'm listening to a bootleg and no matter what anyone here says, they are amazing. You all know you like them and if you don't you're not punk.

I'll be what you know as a "fashion punk" this time next week but I don't give a fúck 'cause I want to look like I want to look like.

trunks_punk 10-03-2005 04:20 AM

I got both of my beds (main and spare) for vacant housing commission houses. (i paint them before the next occupants)

my gf still doesn't know. they are really comfy

i really like leftover crack/choking victim

My friend is starving herself because she thinks she's too fat but i can't convince her to stop and it's completely trashed my week also.
i really like leftover crack/choking victim
As do I.

AIRIC 10-03-2005 04:33 PM

My mom is considering divorcing my step father.

My mom tells me to make good decisions everytime I leave, and I usually don't. I don't feel bad about it yet, but I know I will once I fuck up.

Jessizzle 10-03-2005 04:52 PM

Aaaawwww... This is all so sad.
So, I really liked this guy, but i figured he would never be intersted in me, so I didnt really push things, but it turns out He really liked me, but thought that I would never like him... So we both went around being depressed for a week.. But now everythings cool cause we talked about it.

Glitterati 10-03-2005 05:04 PM
we talked about it.
DaveToopes 10-03-2005 05:40 PM

DaveToopes 10-03-2005 05:42 PM

(r)evolution 10-03-2005 05:43 PM

DaveToopes 10-03-2005 05:44 PM

Unfortunately, yes I did.

(r)evolution 10-03-2005 05:46 PM

haha, it happened weirdly. It gets you.

Today i was thinking, man, that was the worst song on the new album and the whole record was just barely par. Then i started thinking about the song more and more until it had gotten lodged in my head like a commerical jingle and I couldn't shake it off until I cam home today and listened to it. Then I cried and cried.

obese_breasts 10-03-2005 05:48 PM

I'd say I like "Searching for a Former Clarity" more than "As the Eternal Cowboy"
I'd say I like "Searching for a Former Clarity" more than "As the Eternal Cowboy"
AIRIC 10-03-2005 07:52 PM

Yessir, I agree.

DaveToopes 10-03-2005 09:09 PM

ATEC is third behind RAR and Crime for me.

Mannik 10-03-2005 09:25 PM

Anyone got any strange fears? I've been afraid of lizards since I was 8 after a incident I don't want to discuss. Then last year in Vanuatu I found a gecko in my hotel room and ran down the corridor and outside like a little girl. I then realised that at nightime hundreds of them were clinging to the cieling so I was in constant fear of looking up. People tease me for it all the time and kids in primary school used to catch them and chase me with them. :upset:

Brain Toad 10-03-2005 10:27 PM

I'm afraid of stairs, somewhat because of Universal Studios going down these huge stairs and my vision got screwy and it looked like the stairs were moving and s'hit. Took me awhile to go on stairs again after, and even now I'm extreamly careful.
