Five music classes? Best schedule ever.
He's taking more music classes than I am classes entirely :-\

DepthsOfDreams555 09-28-2005 05:41 PM

No I don't have my mp3 player set up with that and I don't have any of my music on there and I don't feel like using it for my mp3 neways.

Mr.Shankly 09-28-2005 05:41 PM

Physics was definitly very hard...especially towards the end of the year. Like finding the distance of an electron fired at a certain velocity at a positivley charged plate. That bothered me...cause i though...when in the real would will someone just bust out with that question.

By the way, here's some stuff from that local band I saw open for SKSK the other night for anyone interested. (I talked to the band about uploads and got the thumb up Spence :))

I'll check them out, if my internet is willing to download them. I haven't downloaded music in like a week and a half because my internet's been messing up.

How was the show, Vince? And when are you seeing Anberlin?

Friday.

billiejoe84 09-28-2005 05:51 PM

Well, since I'm under a new regime of trying to keep the house tiday, I'm gonna go and wash up my dinner plate now rather than leaving it to fester on my bedroom floor. And then, sleep.

And what were the other two shows you had this week. I can only remember SKSK and Anberlin. I think one was Alk3 as well.

It was a lot of fun, I got a setlist and talked to Pooyah a lot before and after the show. He's a real cool guy. This was a smaller venue than last time and it seemed a lot more presonal. Grand time.

Alk3 was last night and it was good too, but the venue wasn't so great unfortunately. I want to see them headline at a better venue. I was gonna see DEP tonight, but I'm feeling really sick and decided that would be a particularly bad idea for that show.

I was thinking about going to see DEP next Saturday, but I decided I'm going to go see the Dead Hearts, Marathon, and Rivalry instead. Should be fun.

Rivalry opened for Still Remains last night, and they were excellent.
Aiden ruled too.

Dead Hearts is good stuff.

Gnarmageddon 09-28-2005 06:07 PM

I want to record some drums soon. My friend has a bunch of really nice equipment. We might start a grind band. Woot.

BridgeToSolace 09-28-2005 06:09 PM
Link?
Once it's up I'll post it.

Mostly because I'm improvising most of the song (I improvise the octave chords in the chorus, the 3rd chords in the verse, and the solo) so I'm a little worried it sucks.

Yeah, they're from around here. I've never seen them before though. I just found out they were from here about two days ago.

I might go see Every Time I Die as well. They're from around here too.

I don't know most of the bands you're talking about, at least not musically :-\

Jon: Recordings are lame (I'm just jealous my band has none yet :p)

Tjebby 09-28-2005 06:12 PM

Marathon is also good. I like them alot.

omg that would be teh roxx0r

A guy who's staying at my house at the moment (he's a friend of my housemate) gave me a CD of his grindcore band. He plays drums. He's pretty good.

I might do a bit of uploadage soon, as soon as I get this recording I'm working on finished. It sounds really sweet so far, now that I'm mic-ing up the amp as opposed to plugging straight into my sound card. However, until my bassist is free I can't complete it because I need him to do bass (obviously) and backing vocals. Plus ACID is being ghey and telling me that I have to register if I want to make more mp3's of recordings, but then saying that the server is down when I try to do that. Grrr...

Anyone have a program that's real good at amplifying music?

I've got our recorded song, but for some reason it's really, really quiet.
