Nice amps. What's with the two drumkits?

Special Brew 09-15-2005 06:38 AM

I'm loving the new With Honor album. It's different, but definately not bad. They lost all of their aggession though, which is a huge loss. We can always hope that this is just some sort of phase or experiement. I'm going to miss their old sound, but that won't keep me from enjoying the new stuff.

Special Brew 09-15-2005 06:51 AM

Actually, I am starting to think they didn't abandon their sound actually. Some spots on the album still have the old harsher vocals and have the same kick to it that they always had. I guess they just wanted a more melodic approach with the new label.

JACK! 09-15-2005 06:53 AM

Do you have this on SlSk?

Special Brew 09-15-2005 07:19 AM

Yeah. My name is 'Damien Rhodes'.

I may have to add you to my list, so just message me. My files are all disorganized right now but you can find it in the my main 'My Music' folder labeled 'NEW WITH HONOR'.

JACK! 09-15-2005 07:21 AM

Thanks man. You can get the All Shall Persih Album off me if you want.

Special Brew 09-15-2005 08:33 AM

Thank to you too, All Shall Perish is friggin' awesome.

JACK! 09-15-2005 08:39 AM

I really like this album. It's poppy, but I like it alot.

Arctic is the best song.
Dude, my town is insane with property values. A townhouse here is $600,000. Little capes with like 4 rooms are like $500,000+. My family's old realitor made like millions the past 10 years.
And taxes in Jersey are INSANE! My parents were looking at a townhouse that cost something like $300,000 and the taxes were something like $10,000.

NewKindofArmy03 09-15-2005 01:52 PM
This house we're leasing has 4 bedrooms and is nearly 2,000 square feet. There's no front yard, no drive way, and the backyard extends like 6 or 7 feet past the back door. We pay $2,600 a month and the house itself is worth a little over a million dollars.
CA is nuts with real estate. You get a shack with something like 1,200 sq feet and it costs $600,000.

chips88 09-15-2005 02:48 PM
Uhh, Dallas was cheap as f'uck. We bought our house for $75,000. You can still get a huge 2,500 square foot house with 4 bedrooms and gameroom for $100,000.
Houston is even cheaper. I can't imagine living anywhere else, we would be screwed.

cbmartinez 09-15-2005 03:07 PM

What the fuck, I hate how my fucking WMA skips when I'm using the internet.

RouteOne 09-15-2005 03:35 PM

Why is it that most good bands don't tour on the east coast!?

whiteminority 09-15-2005 03:38 PM

what the hell are you talking about? bands almost always hit the big spots on the east coast (Boston, NYC, Philly, D.C., and Atlanta always get shows.) They just assume people will drive a long way to see them.

Thats the thing, they EXPECT you to drive to see them. But it it's too far it's rediculous. They need to play smaller venues.

shane italian 09-15-2005 03:57 PM

Bands usually play 2 or 3 shows in Southern California each time their tour runs through here.

victimofreality 09-15-2005 04:01 PM
