im not really fat but im really out of shape

6'1 & 175 pounds

horrible stamina cuz i smoke and dont move much

im starting to exercise

dont judge me

no matter what I end up eating around 1600 to 2000 because my diet is low fat

I eat around the same calories no matter what

say I eat 6 tacos, that's equivalent to about two meals worth of calories

I stay full for awhile (because of the calorie intake)

its pretty simple logic

like if I go to red robin and eat a huge meal, it'll be my only big meal because I'll stay full for a long time

same if you didn't eat a sandwich midday instead, not like the body recognizes what the source of a calorie is

it's the same thing as asking what weighs more, a ton of brick or a ton of feathers, it's the same but vodka will get to that ton faster

I drink water like 95% of the time so 0 calories

if I replaced that w/ some beer + get drunk or w/e once or twice a week I would have all those cals converted to fat since its more cals than I can burn off

yeah you don't understand then I guess

if you're working out, the excess calories are needed to gain weight that will become muscle to a significant degree, even if a portion is fat it wouldn't be huge
