My audioscrobbler weekly charts haven't updated yet, although my all-time charts just updated about ten minutes ago. Audioscrobbler hates me so much.
Overall tracks and bands update on Sunday. I think Weekly tracks/bands are updated every Wednesday. I'm actually not sure if it's Wednesday, but I do know that it's not the same day.

Unstable Mind- stfu

EDIT: Wait, I think I'm wrong. Maybe they're the other way around.
Nine metal bands and a hair metal band...
9 metal bands, and one punk band. I was listening to Skid Row's "Slave To The Grind", which is definitely a speed metal song. :D
Nine metal bands and a hair metal band...
Skid Row and Queensyrche= hair metal

So, are you ready to tell us why you're having a bad day yet?

Jom- Yeah, same here. I worked all day yesterday, but today, I got to mx my little lazy arse off.
Skid Row and Queensyrche= hair metal

Early Skid Row is not hair metal and neither is early Queensryche, which is what I was listening to.

I really shouldn't have brought it up, because I definitely don't like talking about it. Sorry for bothering you all.

:p

Seriously though, that album can in no way be descibed as a hair metal record.

 That sounds like one of the responses God would have given me in our chat.

Ray- Ack, it must blow. :-/

RCA 09-11-2005 09:40 PM
The self-titled is definitely hair metal. STG is alot trashier and heavier but it's still got the poppy, shouty choruses that I love. By Subhuman Race they were just a metal band. I'm sorry, I tend to consider everything after the first album "later"
Understandable, though I still consider SttG a non-hair metal record. :)

Today at the music store, I saw a nice Alvarez 12-string with a case for just $200. I might pick it up.

I've always wanted to play a 12 string but I haven't been able to find one. I'd go ahead and get it.

12 strings are fun as hell to play, just because they sound like nothing else. :p I'd totally get it.

Kage 09-11-2005 09:53 PM

I love playing on 12-strings. My friend and I just sat in a guitar store once on twelve strings and wrote an amazing acoustic song with them. It was easy because anything sounds good on them, heh.

Chris, does Atmosphere have a song called When it Breaks? I got it off Soulseek, but it only sounds like one rapper, but I'm not sure if it's just a Slug song or an Atmosphere one. I've googled both the names with the song, but found nothing. Know anything about the song? I'm really getting into these guys.

blueyxd 09-11-2005 11:53 PM

hey, Decoder Ring, thats some good stuff. Is it much effort to do that top 10 bands thing? I might do it since my quiet personality isnt enough to get me noticed round here, or anywhere..

To get a reading of what you're listening to. It can say a lot about things like your mood over the week and such.

EDIT: Oh, and of course fun.
