I like the riffery on As I Am, but yes, the solo isn't great. I really like the guitar on Stream of Conciousness though, that's one of my favorite Dream Theater songs.

Man, Im having a really ****ty day, but for somreason my ****ing drumming is amazing!

I cant figure it out. Sometimes I have really good days, then have OFF days on the set, then today im just raging it with funky grooves and double kick chops.
