only listened to vertebrae and that seemed okay - is this album any good?

I haven't heard Verebrae, but Below the Lights is great. It's where they really pushed into 'progressive' territory, but I can't be bothered with anything beyond it. Runn is too much, so I can't imagine I'd be very into Vertebrae.

Just get Eld, it's amazing.

but i like their 'progressive' twist in their career. Or at least from what i've heard of it. Nevertheless i definately have to try some of their earlier albums out i suppose?

i'm totally with you on that. Mabool was made in 2004 that means they've had a 5 year break to meander and experiment with their musical style. I really hope they come up with something good...
