Is the Pope a catholic?!

Shred Danson 11-16-2005 08:58 AM

Man, they all love to play with my hair  EVERYDAY, dammit:

"Hey can I braid your hair?"
"No"
"PLEEEEEEEASE it'll be fun"
"nah, I'm good"
"Oh come on"
"nope"
"I'll suck your dick"
"OK!"

and id lose my appetite. Not good

Shred Danson 11-16-2005 09:04 AM

Here's what you do when they talk (if you want to be a prick and not listen, because that ruins it): Nod your head and say "yeah" every so often, and while they are talking, listen to music in your head. Think about something other than them talking. Losing track of the conversation will make you a very happy, accomplished man.

The worst thing is when they talk to you when you're watching TV. Then they'll talk and talk and talk and then ask "Don't you think so?"

- What? :\ You were saying something?

I always have to explain to them that men can't do two things simultaneously. Usually my explanation is :"Men can do one thing really well, but one at a time. Women can do a lot of things at once but in a crappy way."

Jom 11-16-2005 09:10 AM

You missed the one-man Therapy? cover band that was at my school yesterday that gave a "shout-out" to you, Jelle. I posted a short clip a couple pages ago.
How successful has AoS been? I guess they must be kind of popular to do this.

NP: Einherjer - Wolf-Age
aoS never expected to get a lot of good reviews, big sales and a dedicated fanbase, bacause they thought the music was too unique and a bit hard to grasp and appreciate for people.
but it turned out the other way, they gained a lot of recognisition(sp?)
So I guess this allowed them to make an ep, as well as the oncoming full lenghth.

and I can't see why thier label wouldn't supportt this idea, because everyone in this group is incredibly talented.
so even if sales aren't that high, the label can be certain that the music is good (qualitywise) and The End is a label that values music above commercial values, so yeah :)

it's great to see, that I'm no longer being the only fanboy of AoS! :thumb:

I love snow :-/

Jom 11-16-2005 09:45 AM
You rock, Jom!
Thank you, good night!
Is it white snow?
Yep. It's very light and fluffy, but will probably melt as soon as it hits the ground. It looks like a snowglobe outside, except that the grass is green. The flakes are just kind of wispy, moving every which way due to the wind.
I love snow :-/
I love snow until it doesn't go away fast enough. As I wrote earlier, as soon as mid-January hits, I want spring. It'd also be one thing if the wind wasn't blowing 28302342394 miles an hour today - when I was walking back to the townhouse, it was sleeting, and it felt like needles.
/for some reason my copy/paste fn isn't working
Cool stuff. Pizza Hut also sounds good right about now :tengo hambre:

camelfarmer 11-16-2005 09:46 AM

I refuse to accept this nonsense. I am the only one without snow and stars. I'm the most awesome one also!

Listening to the dhol foundation, decent tunes.
Yep.
Well thats not too special then is it. I made a snow man once from snow I stole from this other guys snow man. It's been literally years since I even saw snow. I'm off to England next month, maybe I'll see some then.

I have an indoor ski slope in my town

Don't tell me that I can't bitch. Until you are faced with six foot drifts all over and you have to drive through this crap in a station wagon December-February, then that's another story. But for now, I reserve my right to not be happy with the prospect of snow this early in November.

the2stranger 11-16-2005 10:09 AM
Yeah, Trillian is like ALL of the IM programs in one. It's crazy.

If your MSN keeps signing you out, re-install your modem. It did that to me as well, then I re-installed it and it was a-okay. That might be too much hassle, though for such a little problem. I don't know.
ok :).

but anyways my msn is really weird, it doesn't sign me off or anything but:

in the mainscreen and the chatscreens, instead of seeing the full names of the people I just see there emailadresses.
it's very annoying.

it's like this:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v632/the2stranger/see.jpg
ps: I blurred the adresses of the other people in my list, I did this on purpose, so that not everyone will be adding them :p

Jom 11-16-2005 10:13 AM

What I did for mine is changed everyone's userhandles to reflect their MX usernames. It saves me from confusion. I also use Trillian, and it's a nifty program. I like it.
