has any one here heard the Mechanix? not the megadeth song, the demo Metallica released in 1982 with mustaine. it's an awesome song actually. it's much better than the four horsemen and megadeth-mechanix. James' voice reminds me a voice of 14 y.o teen. but very beautiful. it's a fan musthave !

if you have Kazaa, search for Motorhead. and find a song Motorhead - Mechanix, or Motorhead - the four Horsemen. its approximately 1900KB.

I just downloaded the version your talking about. James sounds like a 10 year old boy! I can't believe they could play this stuff when they were so young though. It's amazing.

Jason never really seemed to fit in with the band when he was in Metallica, so I doubt he'd return. They'd probably just find a new bassist.

I think Jason fits a lot better than Rob does.

For everyone out there I reccomend Garage INC. its almost like a perfect album for all. Its got old super heavey stuff and somewhat new, kinda catchy but definite metal songs and by the way does anyone know how lars place bass does he use just balls of his feet?

Im sorry but i absolutely hate rob he sucks live i heard him sing back ups on blackened horrible! Jason kicks a$$ and i doubt he'll come back but i bet metallica will have like a ruinion tour with him for a gimic but id most def fall for it.

There is nothing else new out that is any better...well except maybe Maiden's Dance of Dead and Iced Earth's The Glorious Burden. The rest of the new stuff that has come out lately is all whiney and dealing with how "my girlfriend dumped me so now my life is emotionally unfulfilling." Or it is filled with rap....Linkin Park. All of this new lack of talent signals the decline of rock lyric writng talent and solos. But I digress, to sum it up Metallica is still the best thing going!

Oh And Hetfield might be a little rusty since he got out of rehab.
