American Dad has the ability to be like Futurama is to the Simpsons, but since Family Guy's following is already mostly made of nerds who like cult classics and liked Futurama more then the Simpsons, American Dad won't end up like that.

My friend had a theory about Seth and the two shows. Seth has enough jokes and material for 1 and a half shows. Before American Dad, that was all put into Family Guy, cram packing it full of funny. But now with American Dad he has to break up that material, but not lose stuff for Family Guy, so he gives 1 show worth to Family Guy, and half a show to American Dad, making it less funny.

Anyone else think the fat kid on American Dad looks kind of like Peter?

Brain Toad 06-05-2005 08:48 PM

Anxious 06-05-2005 08:55 PM

Let's Chop Cats! 06-05-2005 08:56 PM

J_McMeaty 06-05-2005 09:00 PM

Whenever the servers down Im perplexed on what to do on the internet for a whole 13 seconds, and not a fun 13 seconds either.

Brain Toad 06-05-2005 09:14 PM

YES! I finally did, I got my E string on right. Yes its a stupid accomplishment, but it was the first time and I had a hell of a time. It sounds funny, probably because its new and my other strings were so old.

Anxious 06-05-2005 09:16 PM

Its gonna sound like crap if you put on just one new one.

Brain Toad 06-05-2005 09:19 PM
Its gonna sound like crap if you put on just one new one.
Yeah I know. But once I plugged in and did a little riff (Johnny Cash - Lonesome Whistle) the new one sounded beautifule compared to the old.

Anxious 06-05-2005 09:21 PM

You guitar player are lucky, strings are like 3 bucks for a set. bass string range from 16$-65$ a set.

Brain Toad 06-05-2005 09:23 PM

guns_of_brixton 06-05-2005 09:41 PM

My history project is to write a letter to George W. Bush about al-Qaeda.

Anyone wanna do it for me?

pedro durruti 06-05-2005 09:44 PM

Haha go to the politics forum and make a thread, but don't tell them it's for school. Make some bullshit up then say "If you could write a letter to the President concerning Al-Qaeda what would you say?"

Brain Toad 06-05-2005 09:46 PM

I just took off my G-string, I have had it on for two years.

pedro durruti 06-05-2005 09:47 PM
