Well, that was interesting.
There were a lot less players than I expected. Three guitarists, a slide player, a trombonist and me. We just played old blues songs and some of my teachers infamous knock-offs of Clapton and Zeppelin songs.
It was relaxing to say the least.

And OMFG. I'm taking bass lessons now, because I found an actual bass teacher in my area. Not really my area, more like Lowertown, but eh. Close enough.

And apparently Sierra Vista has somehow managed to obtain a Vietnamese family who opened a restaurant with good, fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. I have no idea how, or why, but it happened so that's nice.

BTW --- if ever you see a "Cambodian restaurant," don't bother. They really have no cuisine of their own =/
