if at any point you think to yourself, 'i need to smoke', then you have at least a slight psychological addiction, or habit, to weed

Dude, when I detoxed myself off of heroin, my body hurt. I was puking constantly and couldn't sleep right for months afterwards. If I stop smoking none of that happens. Weed is not a legitimate addiction.

and just to further prove you wrong, i dont fall asleep nearly as well as i used to now that im clean than i did when i would smoke before i went to sleep. and i sometimes think to myself, 'wouldnt mind a bowl right now'.
