Haha that sucks. The ear slap is a devistating move when done right. In tandom (both sides) you can pretty much take someone out with that single move. Extreme pain and deafness tend to stop most people in their tracks.

sucks though find out who did it and i dunno.. stick a pencil in their ear.

I have to take a huge crap. This weight gaining diet is making me toss some mofo'n huge loafs

Drum Phil 06-30-2006 11:08 AM

I have an idea who did it.

fishbulb 06-30-2006 11:17 AM
I have to take a huge crap. This weight gaining diet is making me toss some mofo'n huge loafs
I've been getting huge craps lately also. And my family got some new toilets that have 1/3 the water or something so it's more environment friendly, but i clog them 1/3 of the time. It really sucks.

Sunshine 06-30-2006 11:22 AM

Ew, low-flow.

I hate those damned toilets.

Josiah 06-30-2006 11:35 AM

Yea, those are a good idea minus the good. I just stick 2 bricks in a bag int he tank, that cuts down on the water a bit. Toilet still works though..

Anyone read through the list of hits/albusm Gary Chester has played on in the back of The New Breed? It's rather absurd.

LiquidTensionTheatre 06-30-2006 11:40 AM

Just came up with a cool linear groove, as I lack a scanner to post the notation it goes:

T |1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + |
HH|-xx-X---x-----X-|
SN|---o--------o---|
BD|o-----o--go-----|

Playing it makes me bob my head funnily and playing the last note on the ride bell or open hats makes it even better :)

I hate tab.

Ugh. I had a dream that I didn't particularly want to have.
I still feel sick from it.=/

But crap. My parents left me home alone to hold down the house from our psycho neighbors. My mother is friends with the son of the lady who used to live across the street from us, who died three years ago. Her daughter and her husband moved in there after they died, and proceeded to build a house in the lot next to it.
The son was trying to sell the house while they were still living it it because he was paying for all of the upkeep, and he got pissed off because they weren't keeping it clean and it was getting increasingly run down because of them.
So, they stopped talking. They sold the house(to a bunch of dolts I hate) and now they're fighting over the small piece of land she owned.
Anyways, the son lives up in Letchworth which is like three hours away. He asked my mother to go pick up the remainder of her estate or sommat from this place, and she did. It was up for grabs between him and his sister, and his sister knows that we have it in our house. My parents think she's going to come over here and go psycho on us and try to get the boxes.
And they left me alone to deal with her. =/

Jesus man, thats one nasty music video

Janeway 06-30-2006 12:08 PM

I love how they equate people who eat meat with people who think it's funny to throw puppies in garbage trucks and torture kittens and kick the shit out of goats.

Drum Phil 06-30-2006 12:10 PM

Its not just anti-meat. Its against global warming and animal cruelty in general.

Janeway 06-30-2006 12:21 PM

I know what it's about.
But it isn't really doing anything except flashing grotesque images at people who are already appalled by it, and pointing the finger at everyone who eats meat as condoners of animal cruelty.
=/

Drum Phil 06-30-2006 12:28 PM

Thats just the way Rise against are

Janeway 06-30-2006 12:34 PM

I have bad cramps.

fishbulb 06-30-2006 12:48 PM

In your special place?

Sunshine 06-30-2006 12:50 PM

That's a shame.

I like Rise Against.

Drum Phil 06-30-2006 12:53 PM

Hurrah. I have all their albums

Sunshine 06-30-2006 12:56 PM

I havn't bought a CD in forever.

Soon as I get a job, my personal, non-parent-shared CD collection will increase. Exponentially.

fishbulb 06-30-2006 01:00 PM

Carmen electra is so hot. I admit she's a bit old, but man, she turns me on.

Janeway 06-30-2006 01:06 PM

My old guitar teacher just called. He's having a big good-bye jam session with his friends and other former students, and he asked me to come play bass.
I'm excited, except for the fact that being youngest means I have to stand the whole time, 2-5, with my fricken' heavy ass bass slung across my shoulders with a cheap little non-padded strap.

fishbulb 06-30-2006 01:22 PM

Why can't you get a chair?

Janeway 06-30-2006 01:29 PM

In the room we play in is too small.
There's going to be five or six guitar players, a mandolin player, a percussionist, and a huge fat guy who plays bass exactly like a guitar, and me in a room that's no bigger than 6 x 6 feet. =/

My cd collection clocks in at nearly 300 and the albums on my comp are at about 500

maniac0796 06-30-2006 01:57 PM

Sorry, but why is a humans fault if a whale beaches itself?

Wow, that's not much space. Good luck not suffocating if the fat guy lays a fatty fart.

Janeway 06-30-2006 02:07 PM

It's our fault because we didn't push it back out to sea. Dur.

He smelled like a fart when I first met him...

Well, with my parents, we have well over 200 CDs, perhaps 300 I'm not sure.

But I've never really gotten the chance to buy many CDs of my own, and a lot of them I don't need to buy because my parents already did [the music they listen to isn't half bad..some of it just sucks, but most of it's alright].

Jezen 06-30-2006 03:10 PM

Fluff.

Janeway 06-30-2006 03:12 PM

Reminds me of ZZ Top.

Hmmm...Toast Machine.

Im a DJ in a club so i need lotsa cd's though. Thats my excuse anyway

Icky_Mettle 06-30-2006 03:25 PM

Pretty soon I'm gonna need another hard drive I have so much music. I have around 450 cds, and download TONS. I still think that I buy a lot more than most people in terms of albums, so I don't feel like I'm putting any musicians on the street.

Also have a ton of great vinyls passed down from my dad and from my buying (I usually won't spend over $10 on an LP, always dig through the jazz/funk $1-2 stacks at a local record store that makes no money)

Sunshine 06-30-2006 03:59 PM
Im a DJ in a club so i need lotsa cd's though. Thats my excuse anyway
I used to DJ on base...the Army provided all the CDs and equipment and transportation. I was a cheap DJ [$25/hr], and $5 of it went to the people who were providing all the stuff, but it wasn't bad. Especially 'cause I couldn't get a job at $15 otherwise.

I miss the $20/hr paycheck =( It's the only reason I have 3 pairs of Oaklies.

styler 06-30-2006 04:12 PM

whats an oakly?/oaklie?

Drum Phil 06-30-2006 04:12 PM

I get $36 a shift :-/ And free drinks. I do it cause i enjoy it though,

Eh. Like I said --- I was 15. $20 an hour for a couple hours every weekend or so really wasn't bad. It's not like I needed money ever anyway.

But yeah, I started before they started paying us..it was fun.

Corkofski 06-30-2006 04:35 PM
