Jezen 06-29-2006 03:43 PM

I used to sleep 5am till 11am. Wasn't very good.

Futuro 06-29-2006 04:21 PM

Here is my new song called "Sold my soul to the devil for a dollar and a twinkie"

Its only one minute long right now, but it also only the first Chorus and verse.

http://media.putfile.com/Sold-my-soul-56
I sould my soul to the devil for a buck,
and a stale twinkie rolled in bubble wrap and dust
A tshirt worn by the holy one
and a cup of starbucks, I knew the deal was done

Thats the chorus lyrics^

Jezen 06-29-2006 04:23 PM

'Rain' was your best composition.

Futuro 06-29-2006 04:25 PM
'Rain' was your best composition.
This is more of a joke. But I do agree that rain is the best thing I have recorded.

Anyone who can guess the time signatures for each instrument in the last part I will give you rep. There is two guitar parts and a drum part.

Sunshine 06-29-2006 04:27 PM
I've never tried Muse.
I might as well. Any preferable albums?

Sleepytimg Gorilla Museum now.
Absolution.

Pleaseme 06-29-2006 04:47 PM

Just got back from working 12 hours straight on my feet, then drinking. Starts again tomorrow! So phuqing stressed it's crazy, and it's my summer bloody holidays. Urgh.
/moan

Janeway 06-29-2006 04:48 PM

I sleep from about 3 until 2. I think the latest I've ever slept was 4, and my mom was got so pissed at me I never did it again.

=/
I just watched more of Hostel. I'm at the part where the one guy is walking through the exhibit and see's Josh all on the table and crap. I've never really experienced horror movies, but damn.
It sucks like hell.
When they were drilling the kid it only showed the drill going in and out, and then it cut to pictures of the tools on the table. Big deal. I want to see the kid being raped by a steel pillar and throwing up and freaking out.
But noooo.

shablul 06-29-2006 04:51 PM

lol.
This day just sucks for me.
Tommorow will be better, I hope. :X
I'm playing In The Court Of The Crimson King with a tape infront of 60 people.
Huh, sucks here at Israel.

Ming-a-Ling 06-29-2006 05:06 PM
Absolution.
Yeah, I've only heard 3 of their albums (absolution, showbiz, and whatever the new one is) and Absolution is the best.

Janeway 06-29-2006 05:08 PM

Lol.
Jeremy, you're a fag.
Die.

Ming-a-Ling 06-29-2006 05:12 PM

Love you too hun.

Sunshine 06-29-2006 05:15 PM
Yeah, I've only heard 3 of their albums (absolution, showbiz, and whatever the new one is) and Absolution is the best.
I want the new one.

But it doesn't get released until July 11th. Here, anyway. Which means I probably won't get it 'til August =/

shablul 06-29-2006 05:16 PM

I liked Absolution too.
I just love Muse, what do you think about their new single "Supermassive Black Hole"?

Tang. 06-29-2006 05:16 PM

I like calling Ming Jeremy. It makes me feel kinda important knowing his real name.

Sunshine 06-29-2006 05:17 PM

...do all state-side phone numbers start in 5 or something?

That's...weird.
I want the new one.

What I heard of it I didn't care for too much. I didn't listen all the way through alot of the songs though.

shablul 06-29-2006 05:18 PM

Why is that wierd? X_X

Futuro 06-29-2006 05:19 PM

But noooo.
The biggest problem with the movie is the rediculously low budget they had (After Eli wrote a flop like Cabin Fever I dont blame them) But story wise hostel is much better, there are no holes (Which even in spiderman which was shot with a few hundred million dollars, they still had a ton of holes.)

Im not saying Hostel is an amazing movie (Hell I would give it a 5 of 10) But the story is probably the most original story line I have seen in a horror since The Shining.

Have you seen Pulp Fiction pespi? I bet you would like that movie.

Sunshine 06-29-2006 05:20 PM

'Cause there's a lot of freaking phone numbers...and I coulda sworn my old area code started with a 3.

But everybody I know lives somewhere that starts with a ---

Oh wait, nevermind. Indiana starts with a 7.

Ming-a-Ling 06-29-2006 05:22 PM

Colorado starts with a 3 or a 7, and Montana starts with a 4.

shablul 06-29-2006 05:22 PM

Uh, how do I put a avatar like you guys? o.o

Tang. 06-29-2006 05:22 PM

First you must answer my riddles to get an avatar.. you game?

shablul 06-29-2006 05:24 PM

Found already.
:)

Sunshine 06-29-2006 05:24 PM

But...he has a...

Nevermind, I don't get it =/

Janeway 06-29-2006 05:26 PM

I haven't seen Pulp Fiction.
It's always on IFC, though. Apparently it's the only cult movie ever made, so I'll catch it sometime in the next couple months.

NY starts with a 4. =/

shablul 06-29-2006 05:27 PM

LOL it's a bit confusing I guess.
I didn't find the User Control Panel, so I thought WTF?
So I asked here and I wanted to see if theres a new post anywhere in MX, so I clicked on Forum Jump and there it was, the missing User Control Panel!

Tang. 06-29-2006 05:38 PM

Aww. So where are you from?

shablul 06-29-2006 06:06 PM

Israel.

Janeway 06-29-2006 06:14 PM

I swear that's the only jazz album you listen to, Jeremy.

Aw man. I just ate dinner.
I had a half a rack of smoked ribs that had so much beef on them I couldn't finish them and gave a few to somebody else, a side of the baked beans that had shredded dried beef in it, a huge load of fries, and garlic bread. It was so good, but I couldn't finish.
Agg. I'm so full.

Ming-a-Ling 06-29-2006 06:19 PM

It's just my favorite. I listen to alot of your man Coltrane too. As well as Miles Davis, and Cannonball Adderly. Then I have a folder filled with assorted jazz but I don't know who alot of the musicians are.

Icky_Mettle 06-29-2006 06:23 PM

I wanna find a girl in real life who loves Sun Ra....and has a taste for men.

:[

Janeway 06-29-2006 06:25 PM

I'll buy you a scalple, thread, and a ticket to New York.
Nucka.

Edit: Yeah, I haven't actually listened to 50% of that folder.
Sun Ra just finished downloading yesterday.

Most of the metal has gone untouched save Finntroll and Opeth, too.

Futuro 06-29-2006 06:27 PM

My hard disc crashed a few weeks ago, I just have ELP, Tool, Rush, King Crimson, Zappa, Sir millard mulch, and Shakti on my comp right now.

EDIT: and Tabla beat science.
