I'm trying to get rid of Norton off it, see my thread in entertainment, and I may have accidentally deleted something else to do with the drivers when I was doing so.

Norton is a fa[font="verdana"]gg[/font]ot to remove properly.

Use system restore to put your machine back to some time before you tried to remove it, then Google "uninstalling norton", there are some decent guides on how to do it in the first page of results from what I remember.
