Better?

Cocaberry 03-29-2006 09:19 AM

Dammit. Does anyone know how to use Macromedia Fireworks 2004? I'm trying to make a good avatar but this program has all kinds of settings and crap and I'm just confused. I need some ideas or something too.

My avatar now took me a while to get right but I still don't like it. I can't fit my username in a 70x70 pic. :(

I think this new one is better than the dog barking though. LOL

the chav thing seems to be big in the UK. We dont have that problem..ofcourse every big town/city has some kids wandering around but its not extreme over here

Jody LeCompte 03-29-2006 10:58 AM

What's the quickest way to kill a drummer?

I'm not planning on hurting mine or another, it's just an idea...

Corkofski 03-29-2006 11:01 AM

give him a guitar, and tell him youll stab him if he doesnt play a song without using power chords

SkaRabbit 03-29-2006 11:04 AM

i can do that! it is all SKA though. and not very good

Jody LeCompte 03-29-2006 11:07 AM

Ok, honestly, I do want to kill my drummer. He's just such a douche and incompetant. I've never SEEN him behind a set. Doesn't really work now does it?

SkaRabbit 03-29-2006 11:10 AM

That is Funny.

Learn to outplay him. piss him off into playing

Jody LeCompte 03-29-2006 11:18 AM

I used to play drums years and years ago. My dad painted micky mouse on the bass drum head. It was great fun.

But alas, I have neighbors now so I can't get a set. I would trade my bass, guitar, and keyboard for a drumset any day...

Roach says stay high and bye.
Ah. gotcha. Goddamn...what an *unmodel citizen*. They should put her on the Maury Povich show so he can send her to boot camp to be broken down.
I hate that guy. Same with Dr. Phil, and all those other similar shows. They use the worst methods possible to get rid of a staged for tv problem.

Jezen 03-29-2006 12:01 PM

Trisha is the worst. Absolute feminazi show.

Drum Phil 03-29-2006 12:24 PM

Hurray, the hawks back up again for the first time in ages

How can you hate Maury? He helps hundreds of babies momma's be humiliated to a nation audience.

Talos 03-29-2006 01:02 PM

Hey,

Anyone know anything about Meinl cymbals?

Do they have an intermediate range of cymbals equal to Pro Sonix, XS20s and PST5s?

Jezen 03-29-2006 01:15 PM

^^^
Headliners I believe.

Talos 03-29-2006 01:17 PM

Yo!

Headliners are £50 lol I think you mean MCS?

Jezen 03-29-2006 01:18 PM

Yeah or MCS. Whatever.

Talos 03-29-2006 01:20 PM

lol OK.

They seemed to be like Planet Zs, Solars and 101s but if theyre good. Cool.

Jezen 03-29-2006 01:23 PM

No. They are good if they sound good.

Talos 03-29-2006 01:27 PM

True, but you usually pay a lot for good things.

rohbit 03-29-2006 01:31 PM

Corkofski 03-29-2006 02:02 PM

Jezen 03-29-2006 02:06 PM
True, but you usually pay a lot for good things.
Aheads cost three times as much as Vic Firth's.

OCDP costs more than DW.

Pinstripes cost more than Ambassadors.

Duallist Triple Pedal costs more than Big Dog Pros.

Which is better?

Futuro 03-29-2006 02:07 PM

Duallist for sure (What a piece of garbage)

Win A Rabbit 03-29-2006 02:36 PM

i kind of want to go back to work, but i'm basking in free time right now. i've got $2800 in my bank account right now, so there's no real need for a job, but at the same time, i kind of liked my old job. there were things that i hated about it, but the last i heard, almost all of those things are gone now. i may give them a call today and talk to the manager.

styler 03-29-2006 02:51 PM

when and why did you quit sic? i dont remember you ever mentioning it.

Jezen 03-29-2006 02:58 PM

Didn't you used to work on the golf course?

Win A Rabbit 03-29-2006 02:59 PM

i was planning on quitting, then i left for new york for a month without telling them, then i came back and called to explain myself, then they offered me the job back, but i turned them down. so i've been without a job for a month now.

and yes, i did used to work at a golf course. this summer my dad switched golf courses, and his assistant pro switched courses too. in the last week i've had 3 golf courses contact me multiple times asking if i'd like to work at each.

by the way, my most recent job was a pizza cook. incase you were wondering.

Jezen 03-29-2006 03:07 PM

Sounds like work is really easy to get where you live..
