So I haven't posted here in a week and I was just reading some of the stuff above here. Who that posts in this thread is actually a member of MetClub??? It seems costly but one of my friends is in it and says you get a whole lot of stuff. I might join the year they come to DC next.

Ah, that works. I've heard a lot of things about it but I don't know how much its worth, like how good it is to pay up to something like $60 for it.

Those are great reasons. When they go on tour its worth being in the club. And they offer that vinyl box set (only 5000 made) that I was trying to buy on ebay but went up to over $200...

Yea, remember in SKOM when they had the concert where they jammed with a couple of other people and that chick played bass on Seek and Destroy really well? Yea, that was a fan club only event. They also attended rehersal sessions for the MIAWTW tour.

That would definitely be amazing. Especially to jam with metallica like that chick did, although she was great too. Imagine if they chose her to be the bassist. How weird would it be to have a chick in metallica? hmm. That membership does sound better than I thought it was though.

Oh cool are you gonna see them on that tour? they are coming to austin (75 miles away) but not to S.A...so I might have to make the trip

They were so great last tour, so totally electric!

I haven't seen them live yet.. They came twice to my city last year, but tickets sold out so fast.
