Very alarming....

Problem: I'm trying to play DVDs, but the DVD doesn't create a buffer.

So, the first run through a segment, the play will be terrible jagged and the audio will stutter and all that nonsense.

I'll play back through it soon after, though, and it'll be smooth and nice.

How do I get it smooth the first time?
