I was suprised how little a broken nose actually hurts. I mean it's painful at the time, but afterwards is more uncomfortable than anything else. I my groin muscle one and that hurt alot more.

Broken nose/lost teeth/broken jaw are like the three common bad injuries at shows. Everyone should get into goalie masks.

I got mine playing Hockey. I've never really had a bad injury at a show, just the usual bruises or split lip ever once in a while. My mate dislocated his elbow once though, that was quite a sickening sight.

The worst ive seen is when some 250 lb'er dude swan dived the floor face first. Just a red splat around him, next show i saw him at his whole face was just a mess of stitches and swelling with one of those jaw wiring neck brace things.

Ouch :(

At the BTBAM show I went to, this guy tried doing a front flip from the stage and landed rite on his head. No where close to landing the flip. He just ran out of the show. Then at the same show I've seen a guy with the right side of his face extremly bloody.

Dyou mean a back flip? Cause if you miss a front flip you tend to just land on your back/***. Its back flips that can mess up your face real bad.

No it was a front flip. So he basically just dived right into the floor with his head.

What a coincidence!

I was really bored at this one show with about 20 people, so I made it a goal to stage dive into what little people there were by the end of the show. Well finally I did it, but as I was about to jump, I noticed there was a girl right in front of me. Being the gentleman that I am, I tried to overshoot her. Unfortunately, I had run up the monitor, so when I pushed off extra hard I pushed off from the corner of the monitor... not smart. It threw off my balance, I overshot the little group of people completely, and smacked my head on the floor.

Hahahahahahaha.

yeah I posted before I saw the edit.

So there's going to be this Halloween show out here that's all covers. Eaten Alive is doing a Suicidal Tendencies set, and other bands you guys don't know are doing sets of Chain of Strength, Bad Brains, Misfits, Descendants, Minor Threat, and Youth of Today. Possibly 7 Seconds.
