i dont know if dei is joking but im not actually a big fan of their stuff

when i was first getting into them i heard 100% and i was like this song is fu[size=2]ckin[/size]g rad i have to get the album.

so i picked up [I]Dirty[/I] and was like meh. i lost the cd a year or two ago and dont have it on my computer anymore

and i kept hearing that Teenage Riot was one of the best songs of all time so i downloaded that, and i really really really liked that song and i still do

so i picked up [I]Daydream Nation[/I] and was like meh.

i still have it. i just dont really like listening to it

But "Teenage Riot" is the best song on DN

So guys, the only Sonic Youth album I have is Daydream Nation. I like the material, but I've heard noise done much better than they do it here. What is another SY album I should try out?

Check out EVOL, it's noisier, but still has really strong songs.

Candle is my favorite too. A bunch of the seven minute songs are really nice too, I don't know them by name though.
