kippers = fish

chipolatas are smaller sausages, they usually taste nicer and there isn't as much meat because they are thinner, i recommend you try them

marks and spencers sausages are good as well.

The other night for dinner, I fixed for a lady friend and myself a really nice meal of tortellini and added in this really nice sausage I hadn't eaten before.


It was spicy but there was also a hint of fruit in the flavor, it was odd by itself but set in very nicely with the meal as a whole.

probably apple in the sausage, apple and pork go well together

spicy bit could have been black pepper
