I'm eating Chocolate Covered Potatoe Chips, you know how nasty that is?
I also watched the last 15 minutues of the Some Kind of Monster documentary, it was very touching and emotional. |
I liked his voice.
Mehf. My night was eventful. My mother took my girlfriend, her daughter, and I to dinner at the casino buffet. My girlfriend was driving, so of course she rips through the parking garage to the top floor, and the only other people up there are this group of old people. We get on the elevator to go down, and they get in with us. The first hag gets on, and the door starts to close. At the last second my mother sticks her hand in it to keep it open for them, and the hag gives her this look like she ingested a swollen condom full of butt cum and says, "Well what the hell is your problem? Is there a reason you couldn't hold the door in the first place?" and my mom just goes ballistic on her and uses every fricken' word in the book. Me and Abel are cracking up, and my girlfriend is trying like hell not to. So we get to the casino floor, and we have to take a different elevator to the dining floor. We haul assto that elevator, and keep the door open just until the old people think their about to make it, and we jam the door close button. They miss it, and when we're at our table, they get seated next to us. We're eating, and my girlfriend had this weird fish pudding crap. She wanted me to try it, so she fed it to me with her fork. Of course she smears it across my cheek, and then leans over to kiss it off. The whole thing couldn't have lasted 10 seconds, and that was pretty much the only show of affection between us all night. When we're walking out, we get back on the elevator with the old people. The one had this deathly look on her big old ass face, and she goes, "I bet you two heathens didn't go to church when you were younger." I was all like, "Wtf? Stfu, cunt." |
AAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!

you have no idea. The drive from Las Vegas to Reno is the worst in the entire planet. |
Ouch.
Next month is from southern AZ to LA. It's all plain, boring desert from Phoenix on out. That is, if we're going....... |
Ouch.

Hah, there's no way I'm driving in LA.
People in California can't drive for crap, everybody knows that~ I'll probably just drive most of the AZ part of it and my mom'll take over or something. |

Gave the rental car back to hertz the first day :-/ So much traffic it is really faster to walk, or take the bus/metro. |
I had to drive from Aurora, CO to Lawrence, Kansas for Wakarusa. It showed me how much better Colorado is than Kansas. See, Colorado has variety, like mountains, foothills, sand dunes, and plains. Kansas has....grass. And wheat. Not the most interesting drive, but not as bad as Colorado to Wisconsin, which usually lasts about 20 hours, give or take. Again, not too fun.
|
My parents are retiring to Grand Junction, Colorado.
Technically, they're going to Fruita, but same thing. Which is why we went. Of course, the entire "vacation" went horribly wrong and now my parents might not be retiring together afterall. Maybe it's a good thing they didn't call and buy that house today... |
Yep.
Kansas.
...Yes...
Lovin the Jesus Christ musical.
...What are you talking about? |
Lovin the Jesus Christ musical.
Superstar? I saw the movie, I loved the music. |
Wait, were you talking about the Jesus Christ Superstar thing they did at Wakarusa? Or was this completely random and inane?
|
The Fugees would be good if Wyclef Jean didn't suck at life.
Lauren Hill is a beast though. Too bad non of the music they sing is really theres. |
That jesus thing was quality.

Greetings, drummer friends.
Man, I need to pee so badly, but I can't be bothered to stand up. |
Theres a speed limit for a reason. Exceding it is moronic.
Did you even read the link? It talks about how there are speed limits on the autobahns in specific places and that there are actually speed suggestions all over the things? If you exceed that suggestion and get into an accident, you are partially liable for damages to the other vehicle and yours, even if the accident wasn't your fault. There are also a ton of rules to passing and flow of traffic it's not even funny. Way better than the American freeway system:angry: |
I entered Rhythm's prize draw for a set of HHX Legacy cymbals. Not that I'll win it, but there's nothing like deluded optimism to keep me going fo a while.

When really, it's just 75 miles per hour. I never understood why people freaked out about it. In Japan, if you were in the accident, it's at least 20% your fault 'cause you were there. And it costs hundreds of dollars to get a driver's license. And then it gets revoked if you are in an accident [I think]. So...there arn't very many accidents in Japan at ALL. OH. And if it's an accident between a car and a pedestrian, it's the driver's fault 100% no matter WHAT happened. |
Wow, that's harsh. Talking of Japan, I saw a program on their suicide bombers that thy used in WW2. Grusome but well interesting.
|
That's exactly why I don't like Japan. I've ran over too many pedestrians to respect any law that gives them rights over a motorist.
|
Crazy japanese people.
|
OH. And if it's an accident between a car and a pedestrian, it's the driver's fault 100% no matter WHAT happened.
That's pretty much the case here in the UK too. The law is almost completely closed to any form of interpretation of events that would cause them to use logic or common sense. God damn the justice system in the United Kingdom. ~~ |
Yeah, but in the UK and Japan, there are way less cars because everything is in walking distance. Everything in the US is hellishly rural, and only in major cities is everything in walking distance.
I mean, the closest gas station is 20 minutes away from our house, and we don't live in the boondocks. We live on a major ass roadway. |

If the nearest gas station is truly 20 mins away. You live in the flippin boon docks. Wich is cool, but everything in the US is not "hellishly rural". try traveling around the country a bit first... The U.S. has one of the most diverse landscapes in the world, wich leads to some of the most diverse living in the world.
I went there to check out MI recently. And I live here :( It's pretty amazing to see a 16 lane highway dead stopped. Except you know, when you wantted to use it... |
The autobahn is silly.
OMGOMGOMG 120KPH IS SO FAAAAAAST. When really, it's just 75 miles per hour.
Where did you get the 120 figure from? It's pretty uncommon to see people (discounting heavier vehicles) going at less than 120 on the autobahns. |
But it still requires the use of cars more than the UK and Japan.
That was my point, but whatever. |
