I don't know if any of the Jeff Beck fanatics are on right now, but I was looking at CDs the other day and found some Jeff Beck, but figured I'd come on here and ask what album is best for a Jeff Beck noob like myself. :D

The thing is...once you break into that realm, you don't even need to be high to understand the true beauty in music. A lot of people can come close to reaching that level of appretiating music...but once you get stoned you've broken into a new dimension.

$40-$60 for an ounce!? I'm moving to where ever you're from. We pay around $200-$300 for an ounce around here.

:eek: I'm back now. You probably don't know my family members. My uncle's kind of wierd but pretty cool, he drinks like 9 beers a day, so that might explain some of it, and my aunt's a clean freak. My cousins are really cool though, but they're like 25. Nice place. Kind of the middle of nowhere though. We passed a lot of tag sales, but didn't stop at any.

I haven't heard the new Stones single, but some of their stuff after Tattoo You is good. Mostly just assorted songs though, the albums are pretty weak. Some Girls is a great album, but I'm not sure if it's before or after Tattoo You. I think before though.

Some Girls is kinda smack in the middle of Tattoo You and Exile, late '70s. Tattoo You is pretty decent.

No one really does pot or drugs where im from,theres a couple of potheads in my grade, but thats it.People drink and dip a lot around here though. :lol:

The Stones new single is alright, better than I expected anyways. It's way over-played though unfortunately. Speaking of new singles, I freaking love Neil Young's new song. Can't wait until the new album comes out.

Wow. That was so stupid I can't belive it. First off, not all people who listen to classic rock do drugs. I myself will never do drugs, and I know tons of classic rock fans who no doubt won't as well. I'm a huge fan of progressive music, and I like psycodelic as well, but that doesn't mean I'm going to start tripping 24/7 like Syd Barret. Classic Rock is also the most all incomposing talent ridden genre I can think of. If you were kidding, I'm looking pretty stupid right about now.

The overwhelming majority of people on this forum are minors, including thickasabrick, and it seems most them at least smoke weed or drink. So he's not really influencing us.
