anyone know when one of the admin's is going to check the account changes thread?
|
Chels: Hmmm, I don't think we have that here.
I didn't even know what it was, but it was pretty damn tasty. |
I dont get how so many people have only had iced tea a few times in their life. Seriously, all of you canadian bastards dont get the good stuff.
Turners Iced Tea is where its at, not this sweetened Brisk stuff. I drink at least a quart a day, sometimes a half gallon.
Orange juice is far superior to tea, anyway. Everyone knows that. |
Honey is always good in place of sugar.
Hell, when I used to drink coffee I'd add honey instead of sugar. It's awesome.
I'll try honey instead of sugar next time I drink coffee. I drink coffee every morning or else I'm in a terrible mood. I'm a coffee slut. :(
Well you do drink your mothers milk as a baby. It's not hard to mistake a cow for your mom. Oh snap.
Well, my parents and I don't really get along...in fact, we strongly dislike each other...so...that comment really doesn't affect me. :p -Gav |
I've never tried Iced Tea :O
Just make sure you mix it up well. Honey takes a while to melt >_< |

I drink at least a quart a day, sometimes a half gallon.
I used to hate it because all the restaurants I went to had it unsweetened and you had to add tons of sugar for it to taste mildly sweet. :-\ It's great now though. My taste buds aren't as picky as they used to be. Zach: I've been waiting a while too. I saw that DMD got his post count reset, but I haven't really seen any changes account wise. I heard it takes quite a while for it to go through. J:  Fo' Rizzle? Jon: Only the kind with lots of pulp. I don't really care for the no pulp kind. |
Orange juice is far superior to tea, anyway.
Everyone knows that.
Truth once more. |

My school band went to Chicago this past year and they went to a restaurant and people got Iced Tea and it was literally Tea that was cold. |
anyone know when one of the admin's is going to check the account changes thread?
As soon as one of them can. MX doesn't really do account changes and DBJ is never on anymore (something that I'm growing increasingly irked with), so I'll poke Wintermute next time I see him on AIM for you. :thumb:
Orange juice is far superior to tea, anyway. Everyone knows that.
Orange juice OWNS so hard. I like orange and apple juice the same, which is a whole lot of like.
I've never tried Iced Tea :O
It's simple, really. 1. Make tea 2. Cool it down in a fridge Voila!
Just make sure you mix it up well. Honey takes a while to melt >_<
I'll keep that in mind. -Gav |
It does take awhile.

J:  Fo' Rizzle?
jah /Is suffering from stomach cramps =/ Gav, is it srsly that easy |
Jon: Only the kind with lots of pulp. I don't really care for the no pulp kind.
Hell, if I needed to chew my orange juice to drink it, I'd be a happy guy. My mom just gets medium pulp, though. Just get no pulp, if you want. You might as well just drink tang then, though. |
I heard the Iced Tea in the states in nasty. My school band went to Chicago this past year and they went to a restaurant and people got Iced Tea and it was literally Tea that was cold.
Some iced tea here is gross, yeah, but most of it's really really good. -Gav |

Is tea in canada tea with diamonds in it  |
I've been drinking a lot of Gatorade Rain lately. Good stuff.
|
thanks gav, but i know i'm not top of their priority list. i only asked like a week or so ago, and i was just wondering. thanks again.
wait, you americans are talking about tea, that is cold? |
jah
/Is suffering from stomach cramps =/ Gav, is it srsly that easy
srsly Jon: Yeah, I get no satisfaction besides the taste from no pulp. I feel empty after drinking it. :-\ |
Is tea in canada tea with diamonds in it
Yes. |
I heard the Iced Tea in the states in nasty. My school band went to Chicago this past year and they went to a restaurant and people got Iced Tea and it was literally Tea that was cold.
Well......yeah, thats what iced tea is. Anyone that says orange juice is better than iced tea is a fool. Apple juice > Orange juice |
Orange juice OWNS so hard. I like orange and apple juice the same, which is a whole lot of like.
Apple juice is lame. Orange juice is the best ever, though.
1. Make tea 2. Cool it down in a fridge
Extra note: Don't add sugar to cold tea to sweeten it. The sugar will not dissolve and it'll all end up at the bottom of the glass. You need to make a simple syrup or use honey or something. Probably honey because simple syrup is beyond most teenager's experiences in a kitchen. (although it's really...simple) |
I've been drinking a lot of Gatorade Rain lately. Good stuff.
I'm pretty sure they call it "Gatorade" because they let some alligator with aids pee in a bottle and then they sell it to me. That **** tastes aweful. |
It's usually honey or lemon to add flavoring.
-Gav |
oic
I dont think we have any of that. |
^ Get some. It rules.
-Gav |
If you're gunna add lemon, then you might as well just drink watered down lemade or lemon tea.
Make tea, add sugar when warm?
Simple syrup: Put a cup of water and a cup of sugar in a saucepan or whatever. You could probably do it in a microwave, but make sure you can watch it well. Bring it to a boil, and then turn off the heat (or take it out of the microwave) and then stir. When it cools down it'll be about the consistency of maple syrup and it'll mix very well with tea. I've seen recipies with more or less sugar with the same amount of water. Probably doesn't matter. |

That **** tastes aweful.
Actually its called Gatorade because it was developed by scientists at the University of Florida for the football team since they were getting dehydrated during games so they came up with a lemon flavored drink. Their mascot is the Gator and this drink "aided" them during games and kept them hydrated. |

This is pure insanity. |
I'll have fun with this tomorrow :p
