Halo 2 had the gay alien missions and it didn't have Hang 'Em High from the first one.

The first one wins.

I like Halo 2 better. The only thing that I think is better about the original are the multiplayer levels, but when you throw in the extra levels you can buy for Halo 2, the sequel owns every aspect of the first. Lock-on rockets, destructable vehicles, more weapons, ability to play as the covenant...I prefer Halo 2. :cool:

EDIT: Dual wielding and the energy sword own as well. Hang 'Em High + Rockets only = the funnest variant ever! I do miss Hang 'Em High on Halo 2. I'm not a fan of the single player/Co-op modes. I get bored playing single player, and I always tend to try and kill my partner on Co-op. :p

When playing multiplayer, I tend to favor the smaller levels, like Foundation, Lockout, Wizard..It just is a lot quicker when playing with 4 players. Not much room for sniping on those levels, but I still like them.

In all seriousness, Halo is horribly over-rated, FPSes like Day of Defeat and Battlefield II are much better IMO.

It is definitely overrated, but nonetheless, I love playing it. It's very convinient to like Halo, just because everyone who owns an Xbox owns Halo, therefore it's always a game most people are good at.

It's a game that everyone likes, which is why most big game fans don't like it.

It moves slowly, the vehicles aren't too versatile, the guns take up too much of the screen, its physics engine is kinda crappy and glitched, there's too much on screen.

I used to play Day of Defeat, but I haven't played for ages. I mostly play counter-strike (1.6).

I've never really had a problem with that kinda stuff...sounds like you're just nitpicking for the sake of nitpicking.

OMG Metal Asylum on Fuse is so horrible, along with 99% of the stuff they play on that show.

Oh man, I hate Halo. I played it for a while and couldn't take it any more because it was just as boring as any other FPS I'd ever played. Everyone else seems to love it though.

What kind of games do you normally like? I kind of dabble in all sorts of games. FPS's RPG's, sports games, (FIFA Street = wicked) and whatever you call games like Starcraft, Age of Mythology. I'm easy to please when it comes to videogames. I did played Madden 2006, and I must say, I suck at it, and I HATE it! :p

I like FPS, RPG, Sport, and also the Stealth games like Thief and Splinter Cell are cool.

Splinter Cell is probably one of the funner games I've played. Although as with most co op games, I had a tendency to have a strong urge to kill my partner. :upset:

Honestly, I didn't know what to think. I didn't fully understand both sides of the arguement for the Propositions, but I knew that all the teachers here were against all of them.

I never really like Arnold as my Governor. I mean, we elected him over an actual politician when we recalled Davis.

I work at a movie theater, and a bunch of us employees thought it would be really cool to get a Halo tournament going, with teams of four, and everyone chip in 5 dollars with the winners splitting the prize money. Let me tell you, you haven't played Halo until you've played it in a movie theater. It was incredible. The booming sound system really makes it great too. We played capture the flag, best of 3. To date, we've had 3 tournaments, and my team won the second one.:D

The ISS and PES series are my fave sports games. Did any of the Aussies ever play Shane Warne Cricket for the Megadrive? Such a great game.

FFVII and forward is indeed over-rated, FFVII is great, but not the best game ever. FFVIII forward is crap though, FFX is decent, I guess... but FFX2, but if you so much as claim FFV or FFII is over-rated I will destroy you! DESTROY YOU! :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

All of them are overrated. People go around listening to the soundtracks, worshipping everything to do with the games. They're solid, but come on, they have nothing new to offer anymore.
