I fell boardsliding once(slipped out from under me) on one of those parking bar things. The kind in parking lots and apartment complexes. I landed on it with my ribs. My face was about 3 inches from the sidewalk, too. Knocked the wind outta me for what felt was a really long time, glad I didn't break a rib, too, I was by myself.
